Lloyd Bodyshop Receptionist wins Receptionist of the Year award

We are delighted to announce that Catherine Elston has won the inaugural and prestigious AM/Accident Exchange Receptionist of the Year award.  Competing against 39 other receptionists from franchise dealers, bodyshops and workshops, it was Catherine’s exceptional focus on customer service which won her this coveted industry award. 

Catherine was nominated by the Lloyd Bodyshop Manager, Russell Hind, who said: “From the moment she meets a new customer, she quickly wins them over with a wonderful air of empathy and compassion and by the time the customer comes to collect the repaired vehicles they are like old friends.  Catherine has a warm and bubbly character that is fundamental to her role and the accolades from customers and business partners seem endless.”

In addition to the trophy, pictured being presented by Accident Exchange manufacturer account director Gordon Grant with Russell Hind, Catherine will enjoy a city break for two New York including some well-deserved spending money.
